Warriors End Thunder's Hot Streak In The 1st Durant vs Westbrook Clash.

The Warriors Roll Over Thunder in reunion game for Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook The Golden State Warriors started their first of two back-to-back games with a win over the Oklahoma City Thunder , 122-96.

The Warriors kindly handed the Thunder their first loss of the 2016 NBA basketball season as Durant went 15-24 from the field, 7-11 from the 3-point line for 39 points, and he even threw in a few blocks on his former teammate Westbrook.

Stephen Curry added another 21 points and Klay Thompson finally broke his slump with two shots from the arc to add to his 18 points.

Westbrook ended the game for the Thunder with 20 points and 10 assists, but his double double wasn’t enough to keep the Thunder in the game. Victor Oladipo put up 21 points for the Thunder.

The swing of the game was when Durant caught fire with two minutes left in the second quarter, hitting four threes in a row and a dunk to put the Warriors up by 25 points at half time, 43- 68, Dubs.

In the shower of their Warriors’ championship prominence, the Easy Money Sniper became the City’s Torch. The Warriors have figured out how to solve the big man problem.

They moved the ball around much better in this game than they did against the Suns and Trail Blazers . It’s only six or seven games into the regular season and the Warriors are beginning to adapt to their new roles, but the real tests are against Utah , Dallas and San Antonio

The Warriors play the second game of their back-to-back games against Lakers tonight at 7:30PM PST.
