LeBron James Endorses Hilary Clinton In Crucial Swing State Of Ohio.
NBA superstar LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers has chosen to endorse Democratic Presidential nominee Hilary Clinton. James announced his plans to vote for Clinton via an opinion editorial on Business Insider.
LeBron can easily be looked at as not only the most famous person in Ohio, but more then likely also one of the most influential. He has spent an outstanding amount of time mentoring and guiding youth in his hometown of Akron, and not too long ago he announced that his foundation would be sending 1,000 kids to college.
"I do know we need a President who brings us together and keeps us unified," James wrote. "Policies and ideas that divide us more are not the solution. We must all stand together – no matter where we are from or the color of our skin. And Hillary is running on the message of hope and unity that we need."
James endorsed then Senator Barack Obama back in 2008 & has remained close with the President ever since.
This endorsement from James is crucial, the candidate that tends to win Ohio, usually goes on to win the election.
