Chris Paul on the Thunder win "We can't fool ourselves into thinking that we will always be

Following the 103-98 Los Angeles victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, Kevin Durant had some strong words for his teammates following the shocking comeback loss.

"They made plays, we didn't. They were disciplined, we weren't. We want to be a great team, the way we're playing we're fooling ourselves, we want to win a bunch of games in the regular season, that's cool, but we're fooling ourselves with the way we're playing." Said Durant per Royce Young of ESPN.

Today Chris Paul reacted in a similar way regarding his team's victory. While stating that it was great that they got the job done, the Clipers can't really fool themselves either.

"I think KD said alot after that game, like they can't fool themselves, we also can't fool ourselves into thinking that we will always be able to come back like that."

The Los Angeles Clippers currently stand 4th in the Western Conference, two games behind the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Oklahoma City Thunder will play the Los Angeles Clippers again March 9th in Oklahoma City.
